More images to day from my day exploring the picturesque villages of Alsace - this time the quirky, individual signs which hang outside the cafes, restaurants, hotels and small boutiques which line the cobbled streets of Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Hunawihr and Strasbourg's historic Petit France.Meanwhile, as you can see from the occasional brilliant blue sky in these photographs, the summer has returned to France - first the east and now Paris in an unexpected turn-up for the books. And just when it looked like autumn
was well and truly here!
